1. Free Cancellation Period
- Cancel your booking within 24 hours of confirmation for a full refund.
- No cancellation fees apply during this period.
2. Standard Cancellation
- Cancel up to 7 days before your check-in date for a partial refund (minus service fees).
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in may incur additional charges.
3. Special Circumstances
- In case of emergencies or extenuating circumstances (such as medical emergencies, travel restrictions, or natural disasters), please contact our support team for assistance. We review these cases individually.

- Log in to your MyFirstStay account and go to your bookings.
- Select the booking you wish to cancel and follow the cancellation instructions.
